At BABROOT, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted, eco-friendly products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene reasons, products like Neem Wood Combs and Bamboo Toothbrushes cannot be returned once the seal is opened or the product is used, unless they are received in a damaged condition.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank transfer).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies (usually [5-7] business days).
3. Damaged Products

- Note: We highly recommend customers to take an unboxing video when opening the parcel. This will help us process your damage claims faster and more efficiently.
4. How to request Return/Refund
- You can write to us info.babroot@gmail.com explaining the issue with the product.
5. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 6-12 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
